Summary

This study is looking for the smallest amount of numbing medicine needed to block pain in the shoulder area during surgery. About 55 adults having shoulder arthroscopy will receive an ultrasound-guided nerve block. The goal is to find the minimum effective volume that works for 90% of people, which could lead to safer and more effective pain control.
