NCT ID NCT06195839
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This pilot study tested whether giving people small cash rewards each week (instead of a lump sum at the end) would encourage them to check their blood pressure at home more regularly. Fifty adults with uncontrolled high blood pressure from community health centers took part for two months. The goal was to see if the weekly rewards improved how often they monitored their pressure and whether it led to better blood pressure control.
