First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at two different warm-up routines—FIFA 11+ and RAMP—to see which one helps young soccer players (boys aged 8 to 15) improve their agility and sprint speed. Thirty-four players will do one of the two warm-ups for six weeks. Their performance will be tested before and after to find out which warm-up works better. The goal is to give coaches clear advice on how to help young athletes perform their best and avoid injuries.
