Summary

This study looked at whether adding change-of-direction (COD) training to the FIFA 11+ warm-up program can reduce a risky knee motion (knee valgus) in male soccer players. Twelve players completed the training, and their knee angles were measured before and after. The goal is to help prevent serious knee injuries like ACL tears.
