Summary
This study looked at how diet, sleep, exercise, stress, smoking, and alcohol relate to pain in 20 women with fibromyalgia. Participants wore a Fitbit, logged food, answered questionnaires, and had pain sensitivity tests and blood draws to measure inflammation. The goal was to understand which lifestyle factors best predict pain changes and whether inflammation plays a role.
