Summary
This study aims to understand how daily habits like diet, sleep, and activity might be linked to pain levels in people with fibromyalgia. Researchers will observe 20 women with fibromyalgia, tracking their lifestyle for two weeks and measuring pain sensitivity and inflammation markers. The goal is to gather information that could help design better non-drug management strategies in the future.
