Summary

This study looks at a special material called Fibergraft putty used during spine surgery to help bones fuse together. The surgery is for people with back pain, nerve problems, or spine instability. About 80 adults will be followed for up to two years to see if the putty helps their spine heal properly without needing extra bone from elsewhere in the body.
