Summary
This study aims to see if two common dietary fibers can help improve bowel function in women with ongoing constipation. Researchers will compare the effects of fructooligosaccharide and psyllium fiber supplements against a control. Participants will take the fibers for short periods while tracking their symptoms and undergoing scans to measure how food moves through their gut.
