Fiber fix? new study tests two supplements for constipated women

Summary
This study looks at whether taking extra fiber (fructooligosaccharide or psyllium) can improve bowel function in women with constipation. About 25 women will take each fiber for 6 days and track their symptoms. The goal is to see which fiber works better and if they cause any side effects.
