Triple-Drug attack shows promise for Tough-to-Treat melanoma

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (fianlimab, cemiplimab, and ipilimumab) is safe and effective for people with advanced melanoma that no longer responds to standard immunotherapy. About 88 adults with locally advanced or metastatic melanoma will participate. The goal is to see if the tumors shrink or disappear.
