Can a simple pressure test improve kidney artery treatment?

Summary
This study looks at 300 people with narrowed kidney arteries and high blood pressure to see if a pressure test called fractional flow reserve (FFR) can help doctors decide between stenting or medication alone. Participants with low FFR get a stent, while those with higher FFR are randomly assigned to medication or stenting. The goal is to compare changes in kidney function and blood pressure after one year.
