Summary

This early-phase study is testing a new form of the chemotherapy drug topotecan, wrapped in a liposome (a tiny fat bubble), to see if it is safe and what dose works best. About 96 adults with advanced solid tumors (including ovarian, cervical, sarcoma, and certain lung and skin cancers) that have not responded to standard treatments will receive FF-10850. The main goals are to find the highest safe dose and to understand side effects.
