Summary

This study tests fezolinetant, a non-hormonal drug, for treating hot flashes in women with hormone-positive breast cancer who are on hormone therapy. About 984 women will take either fezolinetant or a placebo daily for a year. The goal is to see if the drug reduces how often and how severe hot flashes are, improving quality of life.
