Cold sponging or not? new study tests best way to lower Kids' fevers

Summary
This study looks at whether adding cold sponging to paracetamol helps lower fever faster in children aged 6 months to 5 years. About 210 children with fever will be split into two groups: one gets paracetamol alone, the other gets paracetamol plus cold sponging. The main goal is to see which approach brings temperature below 38°C within 60 minutes.
