Summary
This study will test whether combining functional electrical stimulation (gentle electrical pulses to muscles) with functional circuit training (structured exercise) can improve balance, posture, and movement in 46 children with cerebral palsy. Participants must be able to follow instructions and have mild to moderate motor impairment. The goal is to ease symptoms and improve daily function, not to cure the condition.
