One surgery, two goals: new approach aims to boost fertility
NCT ID NCT07267754
Summary
This study is testing if performing two fertility-related procedures in one surgery is safe and effective. Researchers want to see if combining egg retrieval with a treatment for uterine fibroids (non-cancerous growths) improves pregnancy and live birth rates for women struggling with infertility. They will follow 20 women aged 18-45 to measure pregnancy success and check for any complications from doing both procedures at once.
