Summary
This study is for adults with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and compensated cirrhosis who still have high alkaline phosphatase levels despite taking ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). Researchers want to see if adding fenofibrate to UDCA can normalize liver enzyme levels and improve symptoms like itching and fatigue. About 104 participants will be followed for up to 36 weeks.
