Mom's fennel tea may calm colicky babies, study suggests
NCT ID NCT07236242
Summary
This study tested whether a simple fennel tea, drunk by breastfeeding mothers, could reduce colic symptoms in their infants. Mothers drank one liter of the tea daily for a week while tracking their baby's crying and fussiness. Researchers also collected breast milk and baby stool samples to see if the tea changed the babies' gut bacteria.
