Summary

This study is testing an oral medication called fenebrutinib in children and adolescents (ages 10 to under 18) who have relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS). The main goals are to see how the drug behaves in young bodies, measure its effect on new brain lesions seen on MRI scans, and check its safety and side effects. About 12 participants will take the drug in an initial dose-finding period, with an option to continue treatment longer.
