NCT ID NCT07484256
Summary
This study aims to find out how common a parasitic infection called female genital schistosomiasis (FGS) is among migrant women in Italy who have gynecological symptoms. Researchers will enroll about 96 women from countries where the parasite is common. They will use special tests on vaginal swabs to detect the infection and see how it relates to the women's symptoms.
