NCT ID NCT06064929
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug, felzartamab, in 14 people with active lupus nephritis (kidney inflammation caused by lupus). The drug targets immune cells that make harmful antibodies, which build up in the kidneys and cause damage. Participants continue their usual treatments while receiving felzartamab through an IV. The main goal is to check safety and how the drug works in the body, helping decide if larger studies should be done.
