Summary

This study is testing a new psychological program called 'Feeling Safe' for 35 adults with schizophrenia or related disorders who have ongoing delusions. The goal is to see if people find the therapy acceptable and satisfying, and whether it helps reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning. Participants will attend therapy sessions over 6 months, and researchers will track how many complete the program and how their symptoms change.
