Summary
This study tests a new psychological program called 'Feeling Safe' for 35 adults with schizophrenia or related psychosis who have persistent delusions. The goal is to see if people find the therapy acceptable and satisfying, and whether it helps reduce symptoms and improve daily life. Participants will attend therapy sessions over 6 months, and researchers will track attendance, dropouts, and changes in symptom severity.
