NCT ID NCT06118697

First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a new stimulation therapy can safely help infants with feeding difficulties learn to swallow and eat by mouth. About 40 infants in the NICU who are not yet eating fully by mouth will receive weekly therapy sessions for up to 4 weeks. The goal is to reduce the need for long-term feeding tubes and improve parents' confidence with feeding.
