First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at 50 adults with pancreatitis who need a drainage procedure for a fluid collection called walled-off necrosis. Researchers want to see if feeding through a tube into the small intestine is better than eating by mouth in preventing infections and helping patients tolerate food. The goal is to find the safest way to nourish patients after the procedure.
