Summary

This study is testing a drug called fedratinib in Japanese adults with a serious bone marrow cancer called myelofibrosis. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose that can reduce spleen size and ease symptoms like fatigue and abdominal discomfort. Participants will take the drug daily to help control their disease.
