Summary

This study is for people with advanced liver cancer that initially responded to standard drug treatment but has started growing again. Researchers want to see if a two-part approach can get the cancer back under control. One part uses a specialized, precise form of radiation. The other involves a fecal microbiota transplant (FMT), which transfers gut bacteria from a healthy donor, to try to boost the immune system's response to the cancer drugs.
