Summary

This study tests whether transplanting healthy gut bacteria (fecal microbiota transplantation) can help advanced cancer patients who are losing weight and have poor appetite. About 66 adults with stomach, colorectal, or lung cancer will receive the treatment. The goal is to see if it improves weight, appetite, and fatigue, while being safe.
