Summary
This study is testing whether transferring gut bacteria from a healthy donor (via a fecal transplant) can help the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab fight cancer in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The cancer in these patients has stopped responding to or has come back after previous immunotherapy. Researchers want to see if changing the gut microbiome can make the drug effective again and control the disease.
