Poop transplant trial aims to boost cancer treatment

Summary
This study is testing if changing a patient's gut bacteria with a fecal transplant can improve how well a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy works against advanced colon cancer that has spread to the liver. It will enroll 30 adults who have not yet received any cancer treatment. The main goal is to see if this approach shrinks tumors and controls the cancer for longer.
