Summary
This study aims to understand how the fear of movement due to pain (kinesiophobia) affects physical performance in older adults with muscle and joint pain. Researchers will measure fear, pain levels, balance, and strength in 60 participants aged 65 and older during a single session. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help design better rehabilitation programs to reduce fear and improve mobility for healthy aging.
