Scientists probe the hidden fear holding back knee surgery recovery

Summary
This study aims to better understand the fear of movement that some people experience after ACL knee surgery. Researchers will compare different methods of measuring this fear in 21 patients and see how it relates to their physical function and body's stress responses. The goal is to improve how this common recovery barrier is assessed and understood.
