Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug called FAZ053, either alone or with another drug (PDR001), in 154 adults with advanced solid tumors (including triple-negative breast cancer and certain sarcomas). The main goals were to check safety, find the right dose, and see how the body processes the drug. The study was stopped early, and results are not yet available.
