Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug called FAZ053, which helps the immune system fight cancer, given alone or with another drug (PDR001) in 154 adults with advanced solid tumors (including triple-negative breast cancer and rare sarcomas). The main goal was to check safety and find the right dose. The study was terminated early, so full results are limited.
