First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone-based system (FLDAS) can help people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease lose weight and reduce liver fat more effectively than standard lifestyle advice. About 120 adults with fatty liver will use the digital tool for remote diet and exercise coaching. If successful, this approach could make liver care more accessible and efficient.
