Study tests if fatigue hits teen athletes differently by gender
NCT ID NCT07467525
Summary
This study aims to understand how getting tired during play affects balance, landing control, and jumping ability in teenage professional basketball players. Researchers will test 40 players aged 13-18 after making them tired with exercises, measuring their performance on balance and jump tests. A key goal is to see if boys and girls experience these fatigue effects differently, which could help tailor training and injury prevention.
