Summary

This study tests whether a buried fat flap procedure is safe and helpful for people who have neck problems like pain, stiffness, swelling, or trouble swallowing after radiation and surgery for head and neck cancer. About 12 adults who need a salvage neck dissection will receive the fat flap. Researchers will track complications and use questionnaires to measure changes in quality of life.
