Summary

This study aims to find out which type of intermittent fasting works best to improve health in people with prediabetes. It will compare three different fasting schedules against a standard diet to see their effects on blood sugar, weight, inflammation, and genetics. The goal is to help control prediabetes and potentially prevent it from developing into type 2 diabetes.
