Summary
This study aims to find out which type of intermittent fasting diet works best for people with prediabetes, a condition that often leads to type 2 diabetes. Researchers will compare three different fasting schedules against a standard diet in 120 adults. They will measure changes in blood sugar, weight, inflammation, and certain genes to see which approach is most helpful.
