Can a 5-Day monthly fast boost prostate cancer treatment?

Summary
This study is testing if a special 5-day monthly fasting diet can help improve the effectiveness of standard prostate cancer treatment. It will involve 138 men with metastatic prostate cancer who are starting hormone therapy. Participants will either follow the fasting diet for 6 months or continue their usual diet, while all receive standard cancer care.
