First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study compares two approaches for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma: a drug combination (elranatamab and daratumumab) versus a stem cell transplant followed by maintenance drugs. The goal is to see which method better eliminates cancer cells deep in the bone marrow. About 100 adults who have already had initial treatment will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups.
