Race to slash TB treatment time in half

Summary

This large international trial aims to find faster, safer treatments for tuberculosis (TB). It will test 11 new drug combinations, including two promising new drugs, on up to 2,500 adults with lung TB. The goal is to shorten the standard 6-month treatment to as little as 2 months while ensuring it works just as well.
