NCT ID NCT07484685
First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests if placing a dental implant 4 months after tooth extraction works as well as waiting the usual 6 months. Forty adults needing a single tooth implant will be randomly assigned to either the shorter or longer wait. Researchers will measure bone healing and implant stability using X-rays and other tests to see if the faster approach is safe and effective.
