First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study compared a new dental filling material that hardens in just 3 seconds to standard fillings that take up to 40 seconds. Over 2 years, 51 people with cavities or old fillings needing replacement were treated. The goal was to see if the faster material works just as well in terms of pain, appearance, and durability.
