NCT ID NCT07498361

First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at two types of stitches used after removing lower wisdom teeth: one that dissolves quickly and one that dissolves slowly. The goal is to see if one type leads to less bacteria buildup and less discomfort for patients. About 27 people will take part, and they will be randomly assigned to get one of the two stitch types. The results will help dentists choose the best stitches for future patients.
