Summary
This early-phase study tests a new immunotherapy called Fast TIL for people with cancer that has spread to the pleura (the lining around the lungs) or pleural mesothelioma. Researchers take immune cells from the patient's own pleural fluid, grow them in the lab, and return them through a chest tube along with a drug that boosts their activity. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and feasible, and whether it can shrink tumors or ease symptoms. Only 10 participants will be enrolled, and the treatment involves a short hospital stay and long-term follow-up.
