Eco-Labels on menus: will they make us eat better?
NCT ID NCT07536126
First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study will ask 7,000 adults in the U.S. to order meals from online fast-food menus that have different labels showing the environmental impact of each item. Researchers want to see if these labels lead people to choose healthier foods. The study is a survey, not a real restaurant visit, and aims to understand how simple label designs might guide better eating habits.
