One-Hour digital session aims to fight college mental health crisis
NCT ID NCT07140718
Summary
This study is testing a new, one-time digital program called FAST, designed to help college students build mental resilience. About 100 students will try either the FAST program or a basic relaxation training to see which better improves sleep, reduces anxiety and loneliness, and increases physical activity. The goal is to create a quick, accessible tool to help students manage stress and emotional challenges.
