First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether a single pill containing three blood pressure medicines works better than taking several separate pills for people with resistant hypertension. About 142 adults aged 18-75 with poorly controlled blood pressure despite multiple medications will be randomly assigned to the combo pill or usual care. The goal is to see if more patients achieve safe blood pressure levels after 12 weeks.
