Summary
This study tested whether a hands-on therapy called fascial manipulation could help people with long-lasting rotator cuff shoulder pain. Researchers worked with 32 adults who had shoulder pain for at least 3 months. They compared the effects of this manual therapy on shoulder movement coordination and the body's sense of joint position.
