New app aims to ease back pain without surgery
NCT ID NCT07060235
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study compares three ways to help people with lumbar disc herniation: a mobile app with fascia exercises, a paper leaflet with the same exercises, or a leaflet with standard stabilization exercises. About 1 participant will be assigned to each group after learning the exercises from a physiotherapist. The goal is to see if the app reduces pain and improves daily function better than the leaflets.
